What are OUC Alerts?

OUC Alerts allow customers to receive outage information regarding electric and water services via phone, email or text. You can even report an outage with a simple text message.

How can I sign up?

Option 1: Register online.

• Log in to your myOUC profile
• Select Manage Preferences

Option 2: Register via text.

• Text REG to 69682 (myOUC)
