What happens if I enroll in AutoPay, but my bank account does not have sufficient funds to cover the automatic payment?

A return fee of $25 or 5% of the face value of any draft over $500, whichever is greater, will be assessed for each returned payment. Collection of the returned payment may be handled by a third party and may be electronically debited to your bank account for the full value of the transaction, plus the state allowable return fee. Three or more instances of returned payments will result in removal from the AutoPay program.
