Outages and Problems

When outages do occur, you can expect our crews to respond quickly to restore power promptly and safely. We know it's never convenient to be without power -- that’s why we provide multiple ways for you to report your issue.

Use your mobile device to text OUT to 69682 (myOUC). You'll receive updates via text about the outage cause and estimated time of restoration. Be sure to read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before registering.
