If you are without power, please check your meter base and weather head for damage. Please Take Note: Effective October 4, 2020, the processing fee for residential customer credit/debit card payments over the phone or on myOUC will be $2.50 per transaction under $1,000. This is a decrease of $1.25 per transaction from the previous fee. Payments will be processed safely and securely by third-party vendor Bill2Pay and will appear on your statement as B2P* OUC.


Commercial
Please Take Note: Effective October 4, 2020, the processing fee for commercial customer credit/debit card payments over the phone or on myOUC will be $5 per $1,000 transaction. Customers will be able to pay up to $100,000 daily in one transaction. Payments will be processed safely and securely by third-party vendor Bill2Pay and will appear on your statement as B2P* OUC.
