Sign up for a myOUC account to be able to report outages and problems online and request a callback regarding your estimated time of restoration. It’s easier and faster than calling! Before the next storm hits, be sure to register for your myOUC account and update your contact information. You’ll need your account number and the PIN located on the top left of your OUC statement. If you already have a username and password, you can log in from the homepage.

This free service lets you pay your OUC bill online with a check - 24 hours a day, seven days a week. And now we've made it even easier by allowing you to store your bank account information. It's safe and secure and you no longer have to input your bank account or routing numbers every time you pay.

Residential
Please Take Note: Effective October 4, 2020, the processing fee for residential customer credit/debit card payments over the phone or on myOUC will be $2.50 per transaction under $1,000. This is a decrease of $1.25 per transaction from the previous fee. Payments will be processed safely and securely by third-party vendor Bill2Pay and will appear on your statement as B2P* OUC.
Commercial
Please Take Note: Effective October 4, 2020, the processing fee for commercial customer credit/debit card payments over the phone or on myOUC will be $5 per $1,000 transaction. Customers will be able to pay up to $100,000 daily in one transaction. Payments will be processed safely and securely by third-party vendor Bill2Pay and will appear on your statement as B2P* OUC.
