I do not see a "View Usage" button on myOUC Online Profile. Why?
You must be an OUC residential electric customer to view the usage dashboard. Currently, the usage dashboard is unavailable for customers with water-only service or subscribed to specific programs such as Solar PV, Community Solar Farm, Chilled Water, and Account Consolidation. Also, if you are a new OUC customer, the usage dashboard will be available after the account bills for the first time.
