Properly seal your ducts and stop unnecessary heat or cooling leaks.

Install window film or solar screens with a Shading Coefficient (SC) of 0.5 or less, made to reflect heat.

Install a device that tracks your real-time water use and alerts you if a leak is detected. Some models offer the capability to remotely shut off your water.

Florida-friendly plant

Reduce potable irrigation water usage through the installation of low-volume irrigation systems and Florida-Friendly plants.

OUC Rebate: up to $200

Smart irrigation controller

Install a standalone WaterSense-labeled irrigation controller, which acts like a thermostat for your sprinkler system, telling it when to turn on or off. It can use local weather and landscape conditions to tailor watering schedules.
