Chris McCullion
Chief Financial Officer
Chris McCullion is the Chief Financial Officer for Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC—The Reliable One), the 14th largest municipal utility in the United States.
He is responsible for OUC’s financial planning, treasury services, accounting services, corporate analytics and planning, grants management, strategic sourcing, and logistics which includes fleet, facilities and materials fulfillment operations.
Before joining OUC in March 2024, McCullion was the Chief Financial Officer for the City of Orlando, where he led nine divisions including financial operations, information technology, procurement, risk management, real estate management and fleet and facilities management.
Passionate about the community, McCullion serves on the board of directors for the Holocaust Memorial Resource & Education Center of Florida, Orlando Shakes, and the Orlando Credit Union.
McCullion is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he earned a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Economics, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Additionally, he is a graduate of the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative.
