OUC's Code of Ethics & Business Conduct

At OUC, we are deeply committed to doing the right thing for our customers, employees, and the greater Central Florida community. In pursuit of this commitment, we have established a Code of Ethics & Business Conduct that embodies our core values, reaffirms our dedication to excellence in everything we do, and upholds a high standard for professional conduct in our interactions with customers, vendors, government officials, business partners, and employees.

Our Code of Conduct mandates that all employees exercise appropriate behavior both in the workplace and when engaging with the public. We expect our employees to accept personal accountability and adhere to the highest ethical principles in their actions.

Furthermore, OUC business partners, including contractors, consultants, agents, suppliers, and other third parties working contractually on our behalf, must abide by our Code of Conduct and core values, as well as comply with all relevant local, state, and federal laws, directives, regulations, and rules.

OUC reserves the right to modify our Code of Conduct as necessary to ensure its continued effectiveness and alignment with our objectives.
